Guest lecture on Yogic Shudhhikriya - The Yogic Method of Purification

As part of the 11th International Day of Yoga celebrations under the keynote ‘Yoga Samavesh’, the Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga, SMBT Ayurveda College and Hospital, Dhamangaon, Nashik, organized a guest lecture on ‘Yogic Shuddhikriya – The Yogic Method of Purification’. In this session, Dr. Narwade provided an elaborate explanation of Shatkriyakala and highlighted its applications in preventing and managing various non-communicable diseases in the modern era.
