Smile Shield: Strengthening Smiles, Empowering Futures

The Smile Shield program was successfully implemented at Sangram mukbadhir Vidyalaya, Sangamner during September. The initiative aimed to prevent dental caries and promote good oral hygiene practices among school-going children. A total of 84 students were screened, and 12 fluoride applications were conducted. The program included oral health screening camps, topical fluoride gel application, and interactive sessions on oral hygiene and brushing techniques. By promoting preventive dental care, the program contributes to the community's overall health and well-being, aligning with Sustainable Development ,good Health and Well-being.
